Update preexisting PDF Parser

We have a preexisting PDF parser written with ---------- interacts with Google sheets. The python library used to parse the PDFs is: pdfplumber.

This is a quick turn around project. If the applicant can do this task quickly and efficiently, we will consider more freelance project or a full time position (if preferred) with our company that is constantly developing/integrating various APIs from multiple platforms.
