Requirements

• Excellent knowledge and expertise in managing a Shopify account is (Required)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Required)
• Thorough understanding of SEO and Keyword strategies (Required)
• Proficiency in writing (product descriptions, ad copies) (Required)

A plus

• High experience with managing other staff/departments is a STRONG advantage
• Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, etc) is a plus
• Experience with Facebook Ads or Google Ads is a plus
• Experience in handling customer service concerns is a plus.
