Responsibilities:
Understanding company goals and objectives, and taking full responsibility for driving business to the next level.
Managing the full sales cycle - contacting Australian-based recruitment agencies, understanding their pain points, and providing solutions with a solution-based approach.
Analyzing the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost per hire, time to hire, and recommends changes and improvement.
Recognize and strive to meet client’s hiring needs.
Assisting clients with their day-to-day recruiting-related tasks such as writing job descriptions, posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, running reference checks, and conducting telephonic interviews.
Achieve daily & weekly KPIs and maintain records on the CRM system accurately.
General Administration/ Ad hoc duties
Essential Skills:
Sound understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Experience in providing recruitment support across a range of Australian industries.
Ability to establish, maintain & enhance long-term client relationships.
Proven track record of sales & recruitment.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
The confidence to approach a diverse range of new people
Negotiation and persuasion skills.
Good listening skills to anticipate the needs of
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team.
You must have,
In-depth knowledge and experience of the Australian Recruitment industry.
Minimum 8 years of experience in sales & recruitment.
Existing strong relationships with Australian recruiters.
Strong networking, technical and analytical skills.
A Hunter Mentality, hunger for success with a high level of sales resilience.
Minimum 3 professional references from former employers.
