We are looking to build a passionate team of people who knows what it takes to deliver the best service to our customer, helping the customer to solve home-based repair & maintenance problems by giving advice and book arrangement for our operations teams to onsite works based in Singapore. Training will be provided.
You will be responsible for:
all customer enquiries, enquires, post-sale customer service and on-going customer relationship
Your day to day activities:
Ensure daily and monthly KPIs are met and exceeded.
Be the key contact point for all customers. Deliver fantastic service to new and existing customers using the apps as your main communication tool, apart from
Manage all incoming calls/messages for enquiries, post-customer service enquiries and requests/follow
Job Requirements:
Good customer service work past experience is a bonus.
General related certification would be an advantage.
Possess good verbal and written English language communication skills.
Proficient in basic PC skills.
To have own Laptop/PC at home due to job’s requirement.
The ideal candidate is a nice, friendly person, who works well in teams and is able to multi-task, as well as independent.
