Virtual Assistant ( VA) - Ecommerce - Shopify, Amazon, Etsy - Long Term

We are a European company mainly selling to the US market with Print on Demand (POD) products on platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, Shopify etc..

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and be apart of this exciting venture.

Your main task will be to
- Modify existing mug / t-shirt designs in Photoshop CS6 (like one or two elements)
- Prepare mockups to upload to sites
- Photo editing such as cropping, removing background
- Upload designs to different POD platforms
- SEO, keyword optimisation and product page optimisation
- Responding to customer service questions
- Customer order entry

In addition to the above we require the following.
- Speak & Write excellent English, C1 upwards
- Competent in Excel
- Work fast
- Fast Internet connection (you need this to work fast)
- Photoshop and Illustrator Program and skills. (must have full versions of programs)

It’s not necessary to have experience with the different platforms such as Etsy, Amazon or Shopify as training will be provided but would prove useful.

PAY
Pay is negotiable depending on experience and aptitude, regular bonuses are given out.
