5-10 hours per week on average
Potential for up to 40 hours with expanded responsiblities based on performance
Daily Responsibilities:
-manage maintenance requests and scheduling repairs/inspections with tenants and contractors
-be on call during most nights and weekends for emergencies (these do not happen often, maybe once a month on average, and someone is available to back you up if you need certain nights/weekends free)
-manage lease renewals
-do primary screening of new applicants
-create and send leases and renewals
-onboard new tenants
-monitor rent payments - send notices for late payments/evictions (very rare)
-meet with owners on a weekly basis to update them on the status of their properties
-start your cover letter with the word "So"
-provide top-notch customer service to our tenants
-must be able to respond to all maintenance requests within 8 hours and have a resolution scheduled or completed within 72 hours (same day if it is an emergency)
Requirements
-customer service skills and experience are a MUST
-intermediate Microsoft Office skills required
-Adobe Sign experience a huge plus
-property management experience not required but is a huge plus
-relatable experience is prefered

-flexibility in your schedule is required to stay on top of management (only 1-2 hours of work a day is typical, but this will be spread out over the entire day in short segments. Your schedule must allow for this.)
