Website Builder / Coder for a Dating Website

Hello:) I have a website template for a Dating Website that is already partially customized, but there are glitches in the programming of the template. This is not a Word Press site. I need someone that knows coding, and can finish customizing the site, and provide ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and customization. I need to see proof of your work on other dating websites. This could be one freelance position of fixing the site and get it up and working perfectly, or both fixing the site, and part time as needed for maintenance.
