Team Leader (for a Sales Development Team)

We are needing Team Leader to lead our fabulous SDR Team ( sales development reps) !!!!

We are a US-based Company with great Filipino Team working with us for more than a decade now.
Currently, we are in need of Competent Team Leader to :

* Leads a team of Sales Development Representatives who handle appointment
setting for the Direct Sales team.
* Supervises, hires, terminates, evaluates, and counsel personnel.
* Provides guidance and motivation to develop and retain staff; Mentors staff
availability and utilizes telephone systems to ensure adequate coverage.
* Coaches and develops team to meet goals by evaluating team's skills through
call monitoring.
* Demonstrates initiative to ensure continuous focus on improving departmental
and company processes, procedures, workflows, and work environment.
* Align business goals and manage team KPIs.
* Demonstrates inspirational leadership with associates, fosters teamwork,
collaboration with peers, and participates in the operation management with the
broader leadership team
* can do outbound & Inbound call if needed.

Requirements for the Job :
- have at least 3 yrs experience in a Leadership role
- have at least 3 year experience in any Sales role
- should be Tech Savvy, preferrably with Hubspot know-how.
- Excellent English both Oral & Written
- Have Smooth English Dialect
- Quick thinker with spontaneity conversing in English Language
- Have a designated work space, computer with updated version & capacity , good quality of noise cancelling headset
- Internet Speed should be at least 5mbps both for upload & download.
- Have Outstanding Work Ethics
