Job Summary:
- Monthly or Bi-Weekly in CAD on the 15th & 30th (end of every month)
- 3 Month Probation Period
- 3 - 6 Discount Paid Test Projects *Based on these website results probation period may be waved and you will unlock full
- payment, tips + bonuses*Work from anywhere/anytime (Requirements, Fluent English, BankAccount/Etran, Wifi, Cell Phone, Computer access, Signed NDA, some sales experience, excellent communication skills, watch trading videos & A Hustlers Mentality)
- Create & Design Websites, Landing pages, Sales funnels, Logos, Ad’s and more using Lotus Creative Accounts for the creation
*Payment as agreed upon on diagram subjected to negotiation as seen fit by lotus Creative Marketing + Design*
*After 3months probation*
- Cash/E-Tran/Wire Transfer *Paid Monthly/BI-Weekly*

Daily Tasks; Admin
- Managing team members
- Respond to Emails, Calls, Texts from Management, Sales, VA’s
- Update/Manage/Verify All Lotus Creative & Client Websites
- Complete Briefs to excellence on a timely schedule


Client Responsibilities;
- Nurture Clients (All closed and cold)
- Upsell + Increase ad spend to create more opportunities as results come
- Learn!


Additional Tasks/Skills;
- GRAPHICS SKILLS !!!
- ANIMATION SKILLS !!!
- Zoom call Meetings for briefs, check-ins, staff meetings & Presentation
- Digital Marketing + Ad skills
- New Tech #BlockChain
- UI/UX

- Social Media Skills

- Fail to reply in 24h
- No doing daily task
- False hours
- P0-1 incomplete
Priority Levels;
P0-5; 0-24h , P1-1Day, P2- 48h, P3- 1Week, P4 - 2weeks, P5 - 1month
