VA Manager for Real Estate/Data Company

EXCELLENT English is a MUST. If you are not fluent in speaking English please do not apply!

The majority of the time you will be on the phone cold calling sellers, however this may not be the only thing you will be assigned to do, the details of which is spelled out in this job position.

Previous successful cold calling experience & VA experience A MUST!

Vell versed and familiar with terminologies that are used in Real Estate business in the US

Be able to coach and train cold callers to ensure they are being productive and efficient.

LEAD BY EXAMPLE. BE ON TIME AND HAVE INTEGRITY

Being able to put together KPI's and analyze them

Requirements Also Include:
1. Own a personal computer or Laptop with good and reliable internet access (the faster the better)
2. Be able to work from a quiet place without interruptions or excessive background noise of any kind.
3. Be able to work the night shift (9:30PM-6AM) Philippines time. Which is, Monday through Friday US, time ( 20 – 40 hours per week, 4 – 5 weeks per month)
5. Willing to learn quickly and take self-initiative to work on your own without close supervision.
