JOB OVERVIEW

Our Company:
We are a 7-year-old e-commerce company based in San Juan Puerto Rico. We manufacture, import and sell a wide range of products on ---------- . The products are sold under multiple brands and range from clothing, soft accessories, healthcare products, and emergency supplies. We are a market leader in many product categories such as ice packs, First Aid Kits, athletic socks, yoga socks, swim shorts and many more. Two of our brands are: ---------- and ----------

The business is managed by the founder, a Marketplace Director and Logistics Director and supported by an awesome team in the Philippines and China. You would report to the Marketplace Director.

Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a highly organized and experienced person to manage all Amazon catalogue related aspects of the business.

About the Role:
Our business has 8 brands under 2 Amazon accounts and hundreds of SKUs. You will be responsible for managing all catalogue related issues. We are looking for a persistent Seller Central ninja! If that's you, please read on!

This is a role for a highly organized, self-driven, proactive, and persistent individual. You have to be reliable and execute your tasks in a timely fashion. You also need to be comfortable working independently. You will be given a lot of freedom to manage your time, but will also be expected to execute your projects in a timely fashion and report on a daily basis.

Here are a few specific things you will work on:

- Fixing children SKUs broken apart from parent SKU
- Fixing stranded inventory issues
- Managing all flat file management and uploads
- Fixing NCX issues
- Creating cases and following up on them in Seller Central. Sometimes this will involve being on the phone with their seller support if issues are not solved by email.
- Fixing listing errors or alerting the relevant people in the organization responsible for the section with the error. Following up to ensure every issue is solved.
- Updating listings as needed/requested
- Managing removal orders and following up
- Review management as needed

Your Experience at the Company:
• You'll report to the Marketplace Director
• You will have full access to Seller Central
• You must be okay with occasional early morning or late evening calls to talk with the team in the Philippines, Europe or on the US East Coast

Traits / Experience We're Looking for:
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central management and deadline with Seller Support
• Proactive, organized and self-driven
• Ability to follow up on issues/tasks until they are solved
• Fluent in English and can express yourself well both written and spoken.
• Friendly and personable, yet ?rm when needed and able to keep others accountable

What does success look like?

A well-functioning Amazon account – you proactively identify and solve catalogue issues as they arise and have a solid tracking system for follow up.

Bias for action – You are proactive and look for issues/problems and not waiting for them to be identified/assigned to ---------- dependent - You are managing your own time and projects effectively, adhere to deadlines given and provide timely reporting.

• Pay: ---------- USD per month depending on experience and skills with the potential for a 5-10% year-end target bonus.
