Create a WordPress theme for the official WP themes directory for $400

Hi,

I am looking for a WordPress developer that has already passed one of his WP themes to the official WP themes directory on ---------- /themes and would now create a WP theme that gets approved for me.

I have a finished Bootstrap theme ( ---------- ) and now I need to convert it to a great and polished WP theme from you.
