(Female only) Banner Designers

I'm looking for a full-time banner designer who knows how to use PHOTOSHOP.
The banners are for mobile in both animated (gif) and non-animated .
You must be able to know these photoshop terms: GROUP, LAYER, PATTERN, BATCH SAVE, before applying for the job.

Requirements:
- Work on skype (be responsive, no ninjas, do not want people who don't reply or reply after 15 minutes)
- ADOBE PHOTOSHOP skills
- Knows how to use dropbox and properly set it up (this is for uploading work everyday)
