Virtual Assistant

I'm looking for help with routine computer task related to sales to customers and hiring new employees. Would like a part time assistant to help where possible in automating task where possible. They would get instructions from VP of Marketing and use online tools such as linkedin, indeed, craigslist and various social media outlets to handle initial communications and once substantiated pass them to sales or operations department.
