Position Overview:
Provides general facilities administration support which may include data entry, system updates. Confirms customer appointments. Creates and updates schedules with new customer information and provides team members with daily appointments/routes. May assistant with new hire paperwork, orientation, and training.

Responsibilities:
* Answer phone, making calls selling our services
• Completes daily close out process in the system inputting data for time spent at customers home, mileage, update customer information, weekly submission of payroll,
inputs sales leads into the computer, and updating accounts payable system with current invoices.
• Creates and updates schedules with new customer information and provides team members with daily appointments/routes.
• Schedules sales bids and generates ancillary revenue through additional services such as, refrigerator, ovens, and window cleanings and laundry washing. • Assists with new hire paperwork, orientation, and training.
• Assists HR compliance of the branch to include, associate files, I-9s, bulletin board postings, payroll, and annual safety training.
• Confirms customer appointments.

Training
We have 2 weeks that we will be training you and you will work with our office team side by side (virtually) to know your responsibilities! We have all the systems and processes needed to do this... you just need to have a headset/earbuds to answer and make calls to our customers and sell our services to get new clients.

This job will be 45 hours a week paid between the hours of 10AM - 7PM Central Time. Monday Through Friday.

Depending on experience, you will make between $400-$1000 USD a month as a base salary. Plus a sales commission.
*Starting salary $400 Then the salary increase will be depending on how fast you do your responsibilities and learn our systems.

Our most popular service is our Top to Bottom Deluxe ---------- 's like Spring Cleaning.
We focus on hand cleaning the high and low areas of your home.
We hand wipe reachable areas in your home including, ceiling fan blades, all of the doors, cabinets, door frames and trim.
We also hand wash the baseboards and picture on the walls and any shelves and we wipe the light switch ---------- addition, we scrub off any build up in the bathrooms and kitchen. Plus, we do all of the basic General Cleaning items including: Vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping bare floors and polishing any wood furniture. We scrub the tubs, showers, toilets and sinks and “Windex” the mirrors. We wipe down countertops and appliances.
