WEBSITE DESIGNER (UX/UI)

Our agency produces digital sales funnels for companies across North America. We are seeking an experienced website designer and developer who can help raise the quality of our work to the next level and continue to push us forward.

Website Designers work on the Creative Team to design user-experience focused, conversion-optimized websites. They will build, maintain, and improve websites, as well as tackle new website projects following the StoryBrand principles and framework.

PRIMARY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITY:

Design Beautiful WordPress Websites that Convert

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, create, and modify Wordpress websites
• Convert written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible web formats • Create back-end code and interfaces for new web platforms
• Analyze user needs to implement web site content, graphics, performance, and capacity
• Integrate web sites with other computer applications
• Keep up-to-date on web developments and trends

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience in web development or other related fields
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Javascript, or other related languages
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail

CANDIDATES HAVE:

• You have displayed confidence in the Principles of Design, through websites you've built. (Graphic Design background)
• Web Development Proficiency (CSS, basic HTML, WordPress)
• A portfolio of real-world client work that shows us what you’re made of (We can’t wait to see it! But, please no student work.)
• Comfortability in wire-framing, mood boarding, and user-flow mapping.
• Solid knowledge of UX principles, including best practices, understanding how to conduct user research, and where to apply data into the design process.

• Ability to attend live zoom/google video meetings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
