Virtual Assistant (Cold Caller)

i'm adding a new team member for my real estate business. I am looking for exceptional cold callers to help grow my company and your success as well. The successful candidate will be contacting homeowners via dailer. Primarily making outbound calls and some inbound (call backs) using dailer system (call tools). I am looking for someone who can call 5 to 6 days of the week for 5 to 6 hours per day. You will be qualifying leads, building rapport while gathering property condition, and setting appointments and follow ups for acquisition team.

I am a very loyal business owner who is looking to find long term team members.

Qualifications:
1. You must speak English well and fluently.
2. You must be able to have a conversation with our leads to explain who we are and what we do.
3. Rapport building skills is a must
4. You must have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
