Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Must have experience as a Real Estate VA. This is a PART TIME position, 10 to 20 hours per week as a real estate virtual assistant working for a US real estate agent. $3 to $5 USD per hour depending upon experience.

Requirements:

-Ability to create and format postcards in publisher with access to publisher
-Ability to format videos
-Presents well with an outgoing and friendly personality
-Willing to be trained
-Highly Intuitive, self starter, able to retain instructions and duplicate in the REGULAR execution of tasks.
- Motivated, disciplined, coachable, trainable, and a go-getter!
-At least 1 to 2 years REAL ESTATE experience preferred.

-Other duties as assigned

BONUS if you have:
-Experience with Keller Williams Realty &/or Keller Williams Realty Command system. If so, tell us about your experience.
-Experience with social media creating lead generating posts, ability to manage social media post, format/create.
-Video editing

System/equipment requirements:
*Computer Processor: Core i3-5th gen / AMD A8 / Ryzen 3
*Computer Memory/RAM: at least 8.00 GB
*Computer Operation System: at least Windows 7
*Headset: Any USB type headset with noise-canceling feature
*Stable wired internet connection of at least 10 MBPS (you will be asked to test this)
*Home-office setup with quiet location
