Appointment Setter / Lead Generation VA

We, in OWSI Flooring and Design, provide the best possible flooring and interior design solutions to a wide array of clients and projects, from residential, commercial, and assisted living projects. We work with the best contractors and suppliers in Utah.

We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and trustworthy person that is willing to help us grow and make a huge impact in the flooring and construction industry. We are hoping to find someone comfortable with calling prospects to promote our products and services, and eventually set in-store or online appointments with them and our office sales team.

Reading comprehension is important in this position!

Your daily responsibilities would include:
• Conduct list-building, mainly based on our construction monitor data sheet
• Prospecting: Use cold-calling and cold-emailing strategies and tactics to generate potential leads
• Nurturing: Use both warm-calling and warm-emailing tactics and messages to sustain interest in the client’s organization
• Appointment setting
• Relay all contacts/leads to designated office salespersons

To qualify:
• At least 6 months experience in telesales or telemarketing, cold-calling, lead generation, appointment setting or similar job descriptions
• Proficient in web applications, tech, and office programs
• American English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with little to almost no foreign accent
• Willing to use Hubstaff

Programs and systems you will use:
• Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, OneNote, Excel, OneDrive)
• RingCentral
• Hubstaff
