VP Virtual Operations

I need someone who has worked in the virtual space for a while and can build and manage online teams of virtual staff. Our newest team member will lead a number of online projects for lead capture sales and emails campaigns.

Our new team member needs to be able to communicate well in english and work well with little direction. Someone that is fun loving and willing to get pay increase the more we produce.
