Marketing Specialist

We are looking to fill the role of Marketing Specialist of Cooper Development. The primary business is a construction company in New York City with 5mm in sales and growing to 25mm with this candidate's help.

Who we need:

The candidate should be well versed in crafting an overall marketing plan that implements his or her strategy across websites, direct mail, social media, and a targeted sales approach such as introductory calls and client outreach. This individual, with time, shall build a team around him or her to help support the effort in sales, SEO and web presence, social media, and any other methodologies or media channels to strengthen and drive home the brand and ultimately sales. The clientele is a sophisticated and demanding group of owners and architects in New York City and the Hamptons. This is an incredible opportunity for a self-starter with leadership skills, a strong command of written business English, and finally a creative side to see his or her strategy through to execution.
