Digital Marketer

HJZ Engineering is looking for a self-motivated, engaging Marketing Manager to join our team in this newly created role. Critical to this role are strong writing skills, taking ownership and has experience in a range of digital tools.

Key responsibilities include:

* Working with the senior team to develop strategic marketing plans to help drive growth.
* Initiate and take ownership of marketing strategy and collateral such as SEO, social/blog posts, emails, webinars.
* Produce effective messaging and copy that will be embedded across multiple channels.
* Monitor and analyse website behaviours and marketing campaign performance and report on activity.
* Creation of Facebook ads.
* Analysis and ---------- of Facebook ads.

Key skills & experience:

* Experience working as a Digital Marketer in the construction industry.
* 5+ years Markting experience.
* Relevant experience working in similar role.
* A proven track record of delivering profitable growth.
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
* Strong organisation skills.
* Collaboration and teamwork.
* Honesty, integrity, and enthusiasm.
* Working in a fast-paced environment.
* A degree, or equivalent experience.
