Team Leader

Metrix Digital is searching for an experienced team leader.

As one of Australia’s premier digital agencies we are looking for an experienced team leader to work with our existing team leader as our business develops.

A successful candidate will help develop the business over the coming 2 months as we chase ambitious growth targets on our way to becoming one of Australia’s leading digital specialists.

As an experienced team leader your role will be to develop out the day to day processes, manage remote subcontractors and assist the senior leadership team to deliver high quality project outcomes.

Experience in;
Customer communication (great punctuality and grammar)
SEO (basic understanding is fine)
Web development (basic understanding is fine)
Graphic Design (adobe, indesign, xd preferred)
Wordpress & Shopify (experience on both)
Business process is preferred and the opportunity to grow both in salary and career growth is certainly built into the role.

The role will start at $720 per month and is designed to give a smooth transition of the existing team leaders work-load. A successful candidate will not only be given a good starting base, commissions are also pipelined for all projects and a successful candidate will (depending on skill set) be paid hefty commission on completed ---------- trix Digital offers quarterly and then bi-annual reviews. At each review we are open to discuss base and commission increases as we believe in creating a pay package that increases with your experience and responsibilities.

The day to day of an existing team leader;
Analysing and understanding Shopify account performance
Creation of mock-up migration concepts
Audit of existing stores & accounts to give brief overview of changes that would improve the performance of the clients store
Prospecting new clients (outbound email)
Drafting/creating visual mockups (you will be given direction)
