JOB OVERVIEW

We are searching for a unique, insight-focused digital marketer with strong copywriting chops to own most of our content creation program for our company. You will be charged with co-creating expert-level content in our vertical industries to attract site traffic from our ideal target audience(s), converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and setting up content strategies to nurturing those leads from researchers into customers.

This role will be responsible for creating and deploying our newsletter, weekly content for our Podcast, Gooder Podcast, and all email marketing and lead nurturing campaign emails within our marketing automation platform, Act-On Software. Additional marketing support responsibilities include Social Media, PR, events, and speaking/writing management. This involves working with various team members to compile the appropriate content regularly. We also utilize other marketing automation features that will be maintained and updated as part of this role.

Responsibilities:

*Build and create rich content & editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties, including, but not limited to:
* Blog posts
* Podcast Post
* Newsletters
* Whitepapers
* Ebooks
* Reports
* Infographics

*Coordinate and manage campaigns, PR tasks, and projects utilizing Asana Task Management System to track and stay on pace with deliverables and deadlines.
* Establish a robust and long-term web presence
* Gain brand exposure by co-developing engaging content and copy that speaks to the pain points and obstacles of the audience for all marketing channels
* Organize photos and creative assets into appropriate folders on the server for easy accessibility
* Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
* Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels utilizing ActOn, WordPress, Hootsuite, and other 3rd party sites.
* Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and services
* Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency

Experience and Skill Sets:

* 2+ years of experience working in a marketing/advertising agency with hands-on experience coordinating marketing campaigns and projects
* Understanding social channel differences, posting frequencies, and best content types for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
* Must have Graphic Design experience
* Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
* Intermediate knowledge of CRM Software (SalesForce)
* Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
* Communication Tools - Zoom, Slack, Asana, Paymo


Qualifications:

* Relevant College degree required (i.e. Visual Communications, Arts/Photography, Digital Marketing, Public relations, or similar)
* Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written
* Strong critical thinking and problem solving
* Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills
* Ability to collect, use and report data to inform decisions.
* Knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
* Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
* Proficient in MS Office products
* Strong analytical skills
* Sense of humor
