Shirt Designer - 10 Designs & more needed

I'm looking for a designer for 5-10 t-shirt designs every week.

I will send you designs ideas and based on these ideas, you should create a unique design in your style. For example, I might send you an already existing t-shirt, and I would need you to create a better version in your own creative style. I might also send you an idea or description and based on that a design.

The Graphic Designer must have these following skills:
-Using a variety of designs to create a cohesive design
-Good skills in image manipulation (Graphics Editing, Illustrator, Logo Design, Photoshop)
-Good in English (writing, speaking)

It's VERY important that:
-The Designs DONT violate copyright!

I am looking for long-term solution. Important are:
-Is solid application with portfolio. If these points apply, larger projects can be demanded.
