Position: APPOINTMENT SETTER (Home-based)
Required hours a week: 30-45hours
Rate: TBD
Qualifications:
• FEMALE
• Background in Outbound & Inbound calling (advantage)
• Experience working with US & London clients (advantage)
• Experience in Sales/ Appointment Setting/ Lead Generation or any other relevant sales experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Phenomenal phone skills
• Ability to clearly explain product and service benefits over the telephone
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quick-changing, and demanding environment
• Flexible with schedules even during weekends and on holidays as the need arises
• Can work graveyard shifts
Responsibilities:
• Outbound and Inbound Calls
• Email management
• Engaging with existing, new, and potential clients
• Maintain positive relationships with clients
