Word Press Developer

I am seeking a person who has done many years of work with Word Press. I do contract work for others and have a personal site I want up and running but other sites I want fixed or SEO work.

First I want work on a site called Indigenous Post. I had purchased a template and had it put on a server. This is the template that I want you to manipulate: indigenouspost.com

The design has been already completed. Now I need you to take the design and make the old template look like the new design and implement some changes that we can discuss.

SKILLS NEEDED
1) Experience - many years of work and examples to back it up
1) SEO - Make the page SEO friendly and Google friendly. Not that important though. Can always hire another person after the fact.
2) Ideas - Come to the table with ideas that I may not have thought of. Your feedback and experience is valuable to me.
3) Plug Ins - be able to manipulate/edit/create plug-ins
4) Put site on Server - be able to set up the Word Press on a server that will house the website.
