Business Developer for Marketing Agency

Position: Business Developer

Part-time: 35 hours per week on average

Starting Salary: $400.00

Starting Date: Upon the candidate (ASAP for the agency)

Office Hours: 9am to 2pm CET - Monday to Friday. You can manage the rest of your time as you prefer as long as you get everything done in a successful manner.

Responsibilities:

Generating qualified leads for our sales manager to jump on a call with them and start our sales process;


Setting up and building strong, long-lasting client relationships;


Communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;


Helping us define our lead generation process and testing various ways to get the job done - it might involve cold email, outbound calls, mining data, etc.;


Making sure that we’re constantly and actively moving the needle forward to grow our business.



The Goals:

We need somebody who can think like an owner. Somebody who likes being in charge of a big task and figure out creative ways to reach the goal;


This position starts as a Business Developer but our goal is to turn you into a full-time member of our board.
