Shopify Virtual Assistant (Customer Service and Marketing)

Woodocity is looking for someone who will be responsible for managing the Shopify store, customer inquiries, social media marketing, e-mail marketing and website.

We are an online store selling 3D wooden puzzles to customers worldwide.

The ideal candidate:
- has Shopify experience: 1 year (required)
- has experience responding to customer inquiries regarding orders by e-mail (Outlook would be required) and phone (Skype will be used)
- has social media marketing and content creation experience on Facebook Business Manager (Facebook and Instagram)
- able to use Photoshop for basic image-editing skills (video-editing skills will be a plus)
- will be able to do daily e-mail marketing campaigns (through Klayvio) by writing e-mails
- able to do simple website editing on Shopify

Internet Speed Requirement: minimum of 10mbps
