eCommerce Project/Business Manager- Long Term/Full Time

We are a promotional products company and are looking to hire a manager to handle our business and help us scale. We sell on our websites, Etsy, & Amazon. We are looking to scale into other product lines as well on Amazon outside of the promotional products. We are growing very quick. Almost 100% increase from the last month.

MUST have experience in eCommerce specifically in below:
1. Ecommerce Websites (UI/UX, understanding web development and how it works, operations, efficient processes, customer service, calls, chats, emails)
2. Amazon & Etsy Store is a plus bonus
3. Working with vendors

Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service (calls, chats, emails)- Helping with calls, chats, and emails as a backup. Ensuring all calls, chats, and emails are getting done quick. Making sure no customers on call queue. Quality assurance on calls, chats, emails
2. Vendors- Working with vendors to discussion production issues, seeing what sort of issues are recurring, etc
3. Scaling- Helping upper management scale into other new websites and amazon products. Working with designers to get tasks done. Working with developers to get tasks done. Coordinating all aspects and tasks and managing the tasks.
4. Working with upper management on any issues or tasks that need to get done
5. MUST BE WILLING TO HANDLE HIGH PRESSURE ENVIRONMENT AND BE ABLE TO MANAGE HEAVY WORKLOAD

This is a position that requires someone to go above and ---------- t looking for someone who is looking for a simple shift of 9 hours and that's it. There will be times where you have to extend work or reply on off hours. If this isn't you, then don't apply. Also please don't apply if you have other things going on in life. This job is pretty demanding but you can be set for life. I do not want anyone that is not willing to handle or doesn't have thick skin to handle the stress.

This is a long term position and can be a position for the next 10-20 years.
Looking to pay $10-$15 an hour based on experience. Must be willing to work US hours. Also must not have any other jobs.
