Video Producer

I am looking for someone to assist with the development of a YouTube Channel. Primary responsibilities will initially include editing, thumbnail creation, and tagging. Ideally, this person will grow into a Producer who manages people who accomplish the different tasks needed to produce quality videos. This is a new project for me.
