JOB OVERVIEW

A fast growing Credit Repair Company is seeking a Rock Star to join our team! As you review the job description, we welcome any questions you may have about the position or our team. We operate Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. You will be working up to 15-30 hours a week.

We are looking for a Sales Specialist. Our ideal candidate is someone who is an awesome communicator, driven to excel, and of course able to close deals. The Sales Specialist would be responsible for handling scheduled, incoming, and follow-up calls.

The ideal candidate should be highly competent in the following areas:
-Sales and customer service have great listening skills
-Be super organized and pay special attention to detail
-Knowledge of credit repair or restoration is a must
-And must be proficient in Client Dispute Manager

Duties of the Sales Specialist are as follows:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Do cold outreach and suggest ways to engage leads
- Schedule meetings and conduct consultations with prospects
- Create, plan, and deliver a convincing sales pitch on company’s products
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
- Coordinate with team to optimize the sales effort

You will also be onboarding clients. After the consultation/sales call is completed, you will upload the clients information and payment info into our system. You will make sure the client has completed all steps of the onboarding process such as signed the contract, made payment, uploaded documents etc. This can all be tracked in our system.

Qualities needed to be successful
Honesty- We want to work with someone who is honest and loyal. You are a great fit if you are able to openly communicate when something goes wrong or if you need help with  ---------- mitment- We are looking to work with someone long term. We hope to build a relationship with you over time with the expectation that you will be full time. If you are looking for a few months of work, this is not the job for you.

Willing to learn- Above all, we want to work with someone who has the desire to learn. We are a growing company and will love to assign you new projects. If you are not excited to learn, grow and take on new tasks then this is not the position for you.
