Highly Skilled Graphic Designer Wanted - Also to act as a project manager and art director

I am looking for a highly skilled graphic designer to design, manage projects, and act as an art director to run the production department and help ensure print and design projects are staying on track with high-quality standards met.

This is a huge opportunity for an experienced, graphic designer that is hungry to grow with a company. Also, there will be an opportunity for raises and bonuses!

To start, here are some of the various tasks we'll be asking of you (all of which I will create tutorials for you):
- Designing print marketing collateral, digital assets, and (potentially) logos
- Tracing/Vectorizing raster graphics to vector format
- Setting up Print artwork files
- Ensuring all design and print orders are staying on track
- Emailing printing proofs, initial and revised artwork to our clients
- Emailing courtesy updates letting our clients know when they can expect deliveries
- Emails to update our clients on the progress of their design
- Scheduling courier delivery service for an order pickup/delivery
- Ordering Apparel for screen printing and embroidery
- Ordering Prints
- Helping with adjustments to google slideshows

*Graphic design experience is REQUIRED.
*Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (REQUIRED)
*Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Trello, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides is REQUIRED
*Experience in Print Design (or experience in setting up artwork for printing) is a STRONG ADVANTAGE.
*Experience with managing other staff/departments is a STRONG advantage
*Experience with Facebook pages is a plus
*Experience in WordPress web design is a STRONG advantage and experience with the Divi WordPress builder is a plus
*Proficiency in writing (product descriptions, ad copies, landing pages, etc) is an advantage
*Experience in handling customer service concerns is a plus.
*Having taken the DiSC assessment is a plus.

I own a company called Peak Image Designs, a print and design studio in Las Vegas, NV US. I have experience working with Virtual Assistants and all of the VA’s have been very happy to work with me.
