Social Media Specialist [long-term opportunity]

Here’s just some of the criteria that this person would meet:

- Has their own computer and high speed Internet connection
- Speaks, reads and writes good English
- Can work independently from home without distractions
- Can use Zoom video meetings
- Has a PayPal account
- Has experience managing Facebook pages and groups for a company
- Has experience managing an Instagram profile for a company
- Has experience using Canva or Photoshop to create visuals
- Has experience using Trello and Buffer to manage and schedule content
- Has experience creating short videos, moving animations or GIFs that tell a story
- Is willing to learn new things. Can easily be trained in other skills
- Can work at least 4 hours per day every day. (At least 20 hours a week)

HAS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Great at writing post captions
- Great at creating high-value social media posts and content using images, graphics and text
- Highly detail oriented
- Able to create wow-worthy visuals
- Great at writing engaging and impactful captions
- Experience monitoring and responding on social media accounts for a company in order to grow brand awareness, drive audience engagement, creating satisfied customers, and sales.
- Knows Facebook and Instagram very well
- Youtube management experience is a plus
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Managerial experience is a plus
- Podcast creation experience is a plus
- Writing and sending emails is a plus
- Video editing experience is a plus
- LinkedIn management experience is a plus
