LOGISTICS ASSISTANT OVERVIEW
The Logistics Assistant will closely work with the Logistics Manager in overseeing the movement of supplies from the warehouse to Amazon.

LOGISTICS ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with suppliers to gather order and product information
Coordinate with Inspection Team to book product inspection
Coordinate with Freight Forwarder for a shipping quotation, booking of shipment, tracking number, shipping update.
Create FBA shipments
Coordinate with 3PL for order processing, shipping to FBA, warehouse inventory, and receiving.
Coordinate with the Account Manager/Sourcing team to know Launch schedule, product to ship, quantity to ship, product cost, supplier information, client information, etc.

LOGISTICS ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS
At least 1-2 years of prior experience managing inventory for an e-commerce company (Preferably Amazon private label)
Extensive experience in Logistics (Preferably Amazon private label)
Experience working with 3PL, Freight Forwarder, and Supplier
Experience in using Google Suite, Asana, Amazon Seller Central, SellerTools
Knowledge of creating FBA shipments
Knowledge of production capabilities, sales, and supply trend
Highly proficient in using Google Sheet and MS Excel
Excellent English proficiency both in writing and speaking
Ability to work remotely and possess his/her own laptop with a high-speed connection
Highly analytical and a problem solver
Takes initiative and a self-starter
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and achievement-oriented

LOGISTICS ASSISTANT WORK SCHEDULE
Flexible with some overlap with UK business hours
