SEO EXPERT needed ASAP

We are into a Sports business in New Jersey and we are urgently seeking a self-motivated & experienced SEO specialist who can help us rank in improving our company’s organic search engine results. Your main job will make sure it gets populated all over the search engine without spamming.

Here are the following qualifications:
1. Perfect understanding of English Language
2. Must have a positive and no excuse attitude
3. Must have at least 2 years of experience in the SEO field
4. Must have writing abilities
5. Must be available 20-30 hours per week and can be reached thru skype at anytime of the day.
6. Must have an upwork profile to check previous jobs and previous comments from employer
7. Must have knowledge on SEO, SMM, SEM, Social bookmarking, LINK BUILDING, keyword research, directory submission, copy-writing, content optimization, generating web traffic
8. Has done backlink analysis in the past and is familiar with the process.
9. Understands on Page SEO, including best practices, site structure (silo), how to optimize a site for speed, best internal linking structures, etc.
10. Always updated with Search Engines latest algorithm updates
11. Wordpress knowledge is not a requirement but a plus factor
12. Must provide a resume of SEO work experience and a summary of tools/software used for SEO
