Shopify Stores Associate

We are an established e-commerce company looking for an outstanding, full-time store associate who has experience working on Shopify stores from other e-commerce companies.

TASKS INCLUDE:

Managing stores by uploading and editing product listings in Shopify
Creation of landing page, product pages, and all other assets within the site
In-charge of general handling and supervision for all assigned stores
Responsible for making sure that all stores assigned are staffed correctly at all times: fulfillment, customer service, and order management
Conducts periodic site check and test transactions to ensure operations are smooth
Curate and edit content for product listings
Assist customer service agents to ensure they present the best information to help customers

REQUIREMENTS:

1-2 years of experience in an eCommerce environment, overseeing store operations
Adept in using Shopify - implementing products, order management, and reports analysis
Excellent ability to communicate brand values through content and images
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Strong understanding of dropshipping selling models
Able to work independently and collaboratively with the Operations team
Exhibits self-motivation, the ability to multitask and pay close attention to small details
Knowledgeable in using project management tools such as Asana and Clickup
Highly organized and detail-oriented
High level of energy with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams
