UI/UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team!

As an UI-UX Designer , you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty for our range of clients.

You will be designing ideas using various methods and latest technology. You’ll also be designing graphic user interfaces for a variety of websites and online apps for clients across the world.

What You Must Have
2 years experience as an UI-UX Designer or in a similar role
A portfolio showcasing UI Design
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to discuss and explain design options
Passionate about the small details
Be a customer-centered problem solver
A proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite specifically Adobe XD, (or Sketch, Figma and other UI Design apps)
Ability to work independently & within a team
Ability to follow a brief & manage time effectively

It would be great if you had…
Experience with HTML5 & CSS3
Knowledge of Front-end frameworks (e.g Bootstrap, Foundation, etc)
Strong branding skills, with relevant tools (eg. Illustrator, etc)
Experience with Graphic Design projects

What you’ll be up to
Plan and implement new designs
Optimize existing user interface designs
Test for intuitively and experience
Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
Create prototypes for new product ideas
Test new ideas before implementing
Conduct an ongoing user research
Assisting with project management and speaking with clients
Liaising with our dev team throughout projects
Collaborating with other designers & developers
Taking lead from our Creative Director
Attending amazing events locally and (from time to time) across the world

You must be willing to work in Ireland's time zone.
Must be Proficient in speaking in English
