Virtual Assistant Chinese Mandarin Speaking

BIZNESTPRO in Wadsworth, OH is looking for 3 Virtual Assistants (Chinese/ Mandarin speaking) to join our strong team. We are located on 195 S Pardee St., and with principal address at Del Rosario, Mercedes, 4601, Camarines Norte, Philippines. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.
Responsibilities
• Call and do sales pitch in Chinese-to-Chinese leads.
• Delivers scripted sales talks to describe services or products to persuade potential customers to make a contribution
• Contacts private individuals and businesses by telephone to solicit sales for services or goods
• Describes services or products along with prices
• Obtains client contact information and enters orders into database
• Adjusts sales scripts to target customer interests and needs better
• Answers telephone calls from potential consumers approached through ads
• Schedules sales appointments for representatives to present opportunities to prospective customers
• Maintains technical expertise by reviewing publications and attending educational seminars
• Conducts market or client surveys to gather data about potential customers
• Responds to consumer questions
• Contributes to teamwork by achieving relevant results
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Fluent in Chinese/ Mandarin is a MUST.
• Motivated and Engaged.
• High school diploma
• Understanding of marketing and sales strategies and principles
• Related work experience in promotions, marketing, telemarketing, or sales
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications
• Job-related or vocational training work preferred
• Previous experience, knowledge, or work-related skills preferred

Technical Requirements
• Good computers with dual core, 2GHZ processor such as Intel Core i3 or higher
• RAM memory with 4 GB
• USB Headsets are a MUST (Wireless headsets or earphones are not allowed)
• Good internet connection with minimum speed of 4 MB for download and upload
• Computer must work on Ethernet. (Wireless internet is not allowed as clients’ system detect this)
• Computer must work with power adapter plugged in. (Do not work using a battery).
