Full Stack WordPress Developer (Immediate project & ongoing opportunity)

Established brand in the tiny house and vacation rental industry is seeking a freelance WordPress developer to streamline and rebuild our directory webpage in WordPress. Much of the design will be retained, but crucial layout changes, optimization, and new features are needed. Currently, the WP Casa plugin has been crucial to our design and functionality, but it has required considerable custom coding and we are open to new changes.

Ideal candidate will:
1. Advise on off-the-shelf plugins, themes, and servers that may perform better than our current solutions.
2. Understand the business needs and direction
3. Communicate regularly and showcase work in process on a staging site
4. Excel at CSS custom coding
5. Show determination to ensure everything is functioning, even if it means backtracking or learning something new
6. Be available to complete this project, or at least major components of it, in 2-3 weeks

Although our immediate needs are this short-term rebuild, if the build is successful, we can offer continued part-time or one-off work, and opportunities to be involved in other aspects of the company, or commissions for custom themes or plug-ins.
