Hiring Full Time VA - Customer Service

The job consists of communicating with customers and make outbound calls

Your duties will be:

-Follow up with leads/clients
-Setting up appointments
-Send SMS to clients
-Send emails
-Provide service estimates via phone or email
-Call local homeowners
-Call management companies
-Cold calling businesses

This is a full-time job from Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM EST time ( Miami Time)

Services that we offer to our clients:

- House painting
- Commercial painting services
- Pressure washing services
- Roof cleaning
- & more

What is required from you:

- Must be a people's person that loves to interact with others and sell our services
- Must follow up with leads timely and effectively
- Must be a natural cold caller when necessary
- Must be an organized appointment setter
- Must have a reliable internet connection
- Must have a quiet and comfortable work area. ( No hustler, dogs, or noise of any kind in the background. )
- Must be able to work from 9 AM to 6 PM EST
- Must be responsible

Besides the hourly wages, you will be also be paid performance bonuses at the end of every month.

The base pay rate is:

$3.00 per hour plus the bonuses.

WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY:

People that are not reliable
People that don't have a stable internet connection
People that are not good on the phone or don't have any experience dealing with clients over the phone.
