Customer Success (Cryptocurrency Exchange APP)

We are recruiting for a full-time Customer Success with Finance/Cryptocurrency experience to take customer support calls, and help customers to resolve issues. Training will be provided, but any knowledge of finance or cryptocurrency specifically will be advantageous. You should already have experience in a support and customer facing role.

Responsibilities:
- Take calls and chats from customers (improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests.)
- technically savvy
- maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking
- be able to communicate clearly and effectively (English Language)
- create strategies to grow company's customer base

Qualifications:
- Preferably Experience in Finance/Cryptocurrency or keen interest
- Preferably a degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Information Systems Management, or Information Technology or sufficient working experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (speaking, writing, reading and listening)
- Organized and self-sufficient
