Job Description

The Customer Service Representative position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Qualifications:

- At least High School/Senior High School graduate w/1-year customer service work experience.
- College Graduate.
- College Level (One year of college or 1 year work experience in customer service in any industry is required).
- Computer Literate.
- Fluent in English in both Written & Verbal.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules.
- Willing to work in Roxas City, Capiz.
