We are seeking an Ecommerce Manager to oversee our Shopify store ---------- Prospective VA's must have significant experience working in the Shopify back end and be able to deal with a wide variety of ongoing tasks and issues (i.e. updating product page listings, opening & resolving support tickets, researching/removing/installing/resolving issues with Shopify related 3rd party apps, working with 3rd party service providers for Shopify website updates/issue resolution/new features/etc. VA is required to have the experience level and skill set to work through tasks independently, quickly learn how to resolve any new issues not done before, and meet established deadlines. VA will report directly to the company owner via Zoom IM and Zoom audio calls 1-2x/week.
