JOB OVERVIEW

We are a business with multiple Shopify stores in Los Angeles.

We are looking for someone that has had prior experience with either FedEx or UPS, is a whiz at spreadsheets and sorting throught and organizing large amounts of data, is detail orientated, and has a remarkable strong work ethic and dedication to their job. We are a team focused, hyper driven team and need someone that we can reliably depend on.

Your job includes:
1) Being the lead on FedEx reporting:
a) auditing all FedEx invoices on a weekly basis to look for shipments that were charged incorrectly due to the wrong dims, weight, etc and then filing a claim to dispute the charge. You will also be scanning invoices for any express shipments that were delivered late to file a dispute. You will need to track all claims on a spreadsheet to show the status of ongoing claims and new claims submitted each week. You will need to submit disputes and be able to be assertive.
b) filing disputes on all lost, damaged shipments with FedEx and tracking claims to show the status of ongoing and new claims on a daily basis


2) Business reporting
a) daily: conversions report on all businesses
b) weekly: shipping report (breakdown of UPS, USPS, and FedEx by business by total)
c) weekly: FedEx report (claims approved, denied summary, damaged summary etc)
d) weekly: finished goods on BP
e) monthly: inventory report

10 hours/week
$8USD/hours
