JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking to hire a personal assistant - VA to help handle the day-to-day operation in my new Shopify- Dropshipping store and business blog.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, problem-solver, fast learner, virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.

**MUST have Shopify | eCommerce | Dropshipping experience| Especially searching winning products.
**Must have EXCELLENT, SUPERIOR, English written skills. C-2 English level | 4-5 start Speaking and Writing

Our candidate is a tech-savvy, visionary person who can work with minimal supervision to help us handle our entire process, not just to do one task. Your role is a fundamental key to grow and run this business.

$325 Monthly Flat Fee PLUS monthly commissions | Six days a week | About 7 hours Monday thru Friday | About 4 hours on Saturday | Flexible hours | Should be available to work some of the hours during my daytime hours here in the United States, which will be overnight in your country.


Responsibilities
• Perform eCommerce market product research
• Respond to the Facebook messenger in a professionally well-written English language.
• Post Products on our eCommerce platforms, including Facebook Market Place
• Update products on Facebook Market Place and other platforms
• Create attractive, catchy, persuasive product description
• Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
• Keep records up to date
• Handle product refunds promptly

Requirements
• MUST - MUST have Shopify | eCommerce | Dropshipping experience
• Experience finding winning products for Dropshipping on several platforms including eBay.
• Experience writing clever product's description
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
• Savvy tech, knowledgeable with current technologies, desktop sharing, cloud services, Microsoft, Facebook Market Place, eBay…
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
• Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Solid organizational skills

Do YOU FEEL 100% COMFORTABLE WRITING AND TALKING TO OTHERS IN ENGLISH.
• Willing to pay and install the Grammarly app on your computer.


We want to establish a long-term relationship with our VA to create an exceptional team.
To make sure we are a good fit, we will test and pay our candidate for two weeks then after that, the candidate and I will d ---------- if we should keep working together.

You will be paid every Friday EST.
