Tasks include maintaining and verifying client data as accurate, some transcription work, appointment setting, light personal appointments and tasks for owner, supply ordering, canva design work, and other tasks as needed.
Job responsibilities include:
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly acquisition and retention goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned.
- Effectively communicate with customers and other internal departments.
- Must have the discipline to adhere to processes and workflows and
implement new ones at a moment’s notice.
- Be measured on several areas including, but not limited to, schedule
adherence, contact quality, efficiency, and process compliance.
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of
management (internally and externally)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
Must be highly responsive and detail oriented. Tasks will include, but not limited to: appointment setting, client communications, ordering of materials, minor document creation and design, interfacing with advertising account manager, some personal tasks for owner (appointments, etc)
Programs we use are Canva, Trello, Slack, Asana, Wordpress, MS Office and our proprietary CRM platform (training will be provided)
