e are looking for a full time Social Media / ecommerce Manager for our digitall marketing activities various accounts on
Position
MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring our Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.
Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Uploading videos on to YouTube
Transcribing YouTube Videos using various software to create Blogs.
Updating websites.
Create daily original content to be posted to our social media channels - this includes our products and services that we sell.
Create and work from a content calendar to ensure posts are made every day
Responsible for posting promotional posts (sales, promotions etc.)
Proven work experience as a Social media manager
Hands on experience in content management
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Experience of graphics would be
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries within 2 hours and monitor customer reviews
Ensure to acknowledge all comments made, and answer those that require answering.
Oversee social media accounts’ design - with our graphic designer (e.g.
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Source influencers on IG in order for us to send sample products too
Find complimentary pages and like and comment on their content
Like images from clients IG feeds (those we follow)
Training will be provided to the suitable applicants as long as you can demonstrate you have adequate skills, and willingness to learn
