Freelance Java Developer (Full Time / Long Term) (Philippines)

Responsibilities:
- Candidates must be detail oriented, responsible, work well under pressure, and have excellent time management skills. An ideal candidate will also work well as a team member and as an independent worker.
- You will work in Java/J2EE projects to provide technical design and development expertise
- You will be hands-on and work with local and off-shore teams to deliver projects on the technical aspects
- Write efficient, quality codes within estimates; ensures that assigned code/tasks is tested to an appropriate level, and that it follows the coding standards set-forth and complies to the agreed upon design and specifications
- Solid experience in development of user interface for largescale distributed systems with high performance requirement.

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in Java/J2EE web development
- Extensive knowledge on any of the following java web technologies (JavaEE6, EJB, Hibernate, Jboss, Seam, JSF, Ajax, WSDL, SOAP - XML)
- Must have experience in designing J2EE applications from scratch (not limited to maintenance and support of codes)
- Databases (Oracle, Posgresql, MSSql)
- Team player yet can work with high level of independence
- Highly Analytical, Reliable and can work under pressure
- Ability to frequently work independently, as well as with a team
- Self-disciplined with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be fluent in English
- Knowledge in telecommunication system is a plus
- Must be within or near Laguna
