E-commerce Facebook Ads Manager

Our company is growing quickly and we've never even had the time or necessity to run ---------- w, we've d ---------- it's time. We need someone that has experience running Facebook ads (other platforms like Instagram and Snapchat are a big plus) for e-commerce. Our main platform is Shopify so if you have experience there, even better!

You'll be tasked with managing our campaigns from beginning to end. This will include (not in order):
1) Designing creatives or finding others to create them.
1a) We have a large Youtube channel with great content. Our top video is over 10 million views and have quite a few others over 1 million. You are free to use video content or still from our Youtube channel, Facebook page, and Instagram page to create our ads.
2) Creating and monitoring ads. Monitoring must be done on a daily basis. Our initial ad budget is $5,000 USD/month. The budget can be spread across any platform that performs well, but we'd like to start on Facebook initially. Budget will increase with no limit for ads that drive revenue that is great than ad spend.
3) Weekly reporting of ad performance.
4) Ad testing (new creatives, A/B testing, etc)
5) Retargeting ads are first and top priority

Qualifications:
1) Have at least 3 years experience with Facebook Ads (knowledge in Shopify is a plus)
2) Fluent in English
3) Detail oriented
4) Proficient in Facebook Business Manager. This is a must that should be standard considering that 3 years experience is required.
5) Can work in US Time Zone or at least overlap US eastern time zone
6) Have a good internet connection and video conference capabilities


Our initial offer of pay will start at 30,000/month with bonuses and pay raises based on performance.

Performance bonuses will be based on:
1) Improved conversion rates
2) Improved return customer rates
3) Improved Sales y/y vs expectations
4) Increased average order amount
